  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–12 business days.
  • Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping is available for orders over $49.
  • Transparent Costs: For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Our Delivery Guarantee

Although we use secure protective packaging, unexpected issues may occasionally occur during transportation, particularly with delicate ceramic, glass, stone-inspired, or decorative pieces.

  • Address Verification: Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery details.
  • P.O. Boxes: Some shipping services may have limitations with P.O. Boxes. For the smoothest delivery experience, we recommend providing a complete residential or business address where possible.
